At Nomadchik, we are fans of cycling for everyday trips. But we must admit, transporting a bulky object by bike was until now an impossible mission, and forced us to take the car. The Bakkie bag has changed the game: its remarkably intelligent design and efficient style now allows us to transport everything by bike, safely and elegantly. And what's more, the manufacturing is 100% French!
Delivery to France only (for the moment)
The Bakkie bicycle bag can be used like a classic bag. With a capacity of 15L, it is waterproof and padded to safely transport your belongings.
But you may need to transport bulky items: musical instruments, surfboards, suitcases, cardboard or flower pots. You may even need to tow your child's bike...Thanks to a very clever set of straps, the Bakkie bag transforms your bicycle into a real cargo bike: the freedom is yours!
In terms of safety, the bag is equipped with reflective strips, and you can easily attach it to the luggage rack with a lock (not supplied) to prevent theft.

- French manufacturing
- Waterproof coated polyester canvas, selected for its resistance to UV, abrasion and tears.
- Each bag can carry 20 kilos. Be careful though, in general the luggage racks generally support a weight of 27 kg maximum.
- Some luggage racks only support very small panniers. Bakkie Cycle recommends 2 simple solutions in this case: the Steco luggage rack extension or the Steco Power Safety Carrier 35 kg
